All Other Company Licenses

To All Sale of Checks and Transmission of Money Licensees:

Beginning April 15, 2020, all Chapter 23, Sale of Checks and Transmission of Money Licensees will be required to use the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) for the purpose of application, renewal, surrenders and amendments. Many companies are already on the NMLS system and the transition process should be relatively streamlined. Each Delaware licensee’s license number will be required for the transition process and has been provided to NMLS and is available through the transition checklist. For any licensee who has any questions, please feel free to contact this office or NMLS.
