Lisa W. Collison was appointed as the Delaware State Bank Commissioner by Governor Meyer and confirmed by the Delaware State Senate in January 2026.  Mrs. Collison joined the Office of the State Bank Commissioner as a bank examiner in 1995 and was promoted to Chief Bank Examiner in 2012, Review Examiner in 2015, Deputy Bank Commissioner for Examinations in 2021, and Senior Deputy Bank Commissioner in August 2021.  Mrs. Collison supervises the examination of state-chartered banks, trust companies and non-bank businesses licensed by the Office of the State Bank Commissioner, as well as all bank and trust company applications.  Mrs. Collison is a Cum Laude graduate of Goldey Beacom College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
