The Office of the State Bank Commissioner provides consumer education through outreach programs, building on partnerships with various state agencies, housing counselors and community organizations. Fees collected by our office provide funding for the Delaware Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program (DEMAP) administered by the Delaware State Housing Authority, and also for the Financial Literacy Education Fund (FLEF). Our office coordinates the process for the annual award of FLEF grants to schools and non-profit organizations.
