Francis S. Babiarz
Francis S. Babiarz was appointed as Deputy Bank Commissioner for Supervisory Affairs in January 2000. Mr. Babiarz has been a member of the Delaware Bar since 1973, and previously was engaged in private law practice in Delaware. He has a Master of Laws in Taxation from Temple University Law School, a J.D. cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School, and a B.A. with Honors in Political Science from the University of Delaware.
